By commissioning me, you are agreeing to everything stated in my T.O.S.
I, the artist, am not responsible if the client has not read the terms of service I have provided.
The artist has the right to refuse your commission without explanation. Submitting of a commission request form does not guarantee that the commission request will be accepted.
The artist is allowed to display all commissioned work and publish it online or attach it to their portfolio.
Always include a link to the artist when you publish artwork online.
The final product is for personal use only (unless there's permission).
Respond clearly and timely when asked for feedback.

✦ Process ✦
1. Filling out the request form and consultation.
First you will fill out a form that will give me a general idea of your commission. If I am happy with this, I will write to you for a more detailed discussion.
At the discussion stage, provide clear and complete references. I also accept text descriptions, but please provide visual references for what you are describing (photos/drawings showing what the character looks like, what clothes the character wears, moodboards, etc.).
Provide a clear description of what you want me to draw or a clear description of what the character looks like, how the character behaves in everyday life, etc.
Please note that blurry/absent image references will be charged extra. Or if there is some aspect of your order that needs to be developed by the artist themselves.
2. Payment.
Once we have finished discussing all the details and I have approved your commission, payment can be made.
3. Drawing work.
Once payment has been made, I will begin work on your commission. I will share with you the steps of sketching, line drawing and coloring. Once the color sketches are approved, I will complete the drawing.
Minor changes and edits are allowed during the process. Once completed and approved by the commission, no changes are allowed.
4. Finish.
Once I'm done and payment is finalized, I will send you a high resolution file via email (PNG and flattened PSD).
Please make sure you save the commission once you receive it. I may delete saved work to free up space on my PC/google drive.
✦ Deadlines ✦
General or set deadlines can be set by the client when discussing a commission. On average, working on a full artwork can take 2 weeks or more.
Due to work and other personal reasons, there may be occasions when it may take longer to complete a commission. This will definitely be announced to the client.
Also, due to the war in the territory of my country, there may be cases of lack of communication and electricity, which may also affect the speed of fulfillment of the commission.
For tight deadlines, an additional rush fee may be charged.
✦ Payment ✦
All payments are made through Buy Me a Coffee, and no refunds are permitted.
Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the piece.
Prices are not negotiable.
Payments made to me outside of a formal invoice will be considered a donation.
Before I can begin work on a commission, I must receive payment.
I accept full payment in advance or 50% before starting work on a commission and 50% upon completion.
Please note that I will only provide the client with a high resolution file without watermarks after full payment.
✦ Copyright/Usage policy ✦
I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the artwork on other sites for portfolio purposes.
The final product is for personal non-commercial use only.
You are never allowed to sell, edit/modify, distribute, produce merchandise, solicit recognition, or use my artwork for promotional purposes. All artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
You can use and modify the commission in the following ways:
Cropping the work: for use as an avatar, badge or banner on social media. (With proper credit.)
Printing the work for yourself.
However, you will not be allowed to:
Distribute or profit from the artwork if it was not intended for commercial use.
Overpainting or overpainting.
Removing my watermark/signature.
